The Morsi Foundation for Democracy has followed up on the unfair and farcical rulings issued by the court in the case of the Ittihadiya Palace incidents, which ended with the inclusion of the late legitimate President, Dr. Mohamed Morsi, on the terrorist lists, more than three years after his martyrdom.
The Morsi Foundation for Democracy also condemns the issuance of these farcical rulings, in which the bankrupt military regime attempts to undermine the president’s career and discredit him, in addition to distracting public opinion, especially after the overwhelming anger prevailing in the Egyptian street as a result of the repressive coup policies that brought Egypt to the brink of the abyss.
And it remains for the free world, the Egyptian people, and history to judge these politicized judicial charades that violate the provisions and laws of the judiciary, which stipulates the lapse of the lawsuit with the death of the accused, in addition to the continuous political revenge against the martyr president even after his death.
“And Allah hath full power and control over His affairs; but most among mankind know it not.”
